This additional level adds one more tier to your Titan heavy-duty shelving: two beams that hook into the upright frames and two orange-painted steel shelves covering the 200 × 60 cm bay. It carries up to 800 kg per level with the load spread evenly, the same as the levels the unit comes with. It is boltless: the beams clip into the frame slots at the height you choose and the shelves rest on them.

This additional level brings together the same parts as a standard level of the Titan 800 kg shelving: two C-section beams that hook into the upright frames and two orange-painted steel shelves covering the 200 × 60 cm bay. Use it to add one more tier and make use of the height, or to replace a damaged or missing level. Each level carries up to 800 kg with the load spread evenly, so the new level takes the same goods as the original ones.

The shelves are orange-painted steel panels, the same colour as the beams; the upright frames of the unit are blue. Nothing is left in bare galvanised sheet: the set is painted steel throughout and matches the unit. The beams clip into the slots of the frames, boltless, at the height you need, and the two shelves rest on them; moving a level takes a minute.

When you line up several Titan units, or simply want more levels in one, this additional level is the missing piece: it adds a 200 × 60 cm surface without buying another unit. Choose as many levels as bays you want to fill; each one arrives with its 2 beams and 2 shelves and is added to the order as a separate line from the shelving page or from this page.
