Here you have, with no small print, what shipping costs to each country, when your order arrives and how it is delivered. All the amounts on this page include tax. If your case does not fit any of the situations described here, write to us at info@rackspoint.com and we will give you a firm price before you buy.
We apply a flat rate per order depending on the delivery country: whether you buy one shelving unit or five, transport is charged only once. Above a certain order value, shipping is free.

Pallet racking (kits, frames, beams and uprights) travels on a pallet: its shipping cost is the one in the “Shipping cost · pallet” column, and free shipping starts at the amount in the “Free shipping from · pallet” column. If your order contains a single pallet-racking line, those conditions apply to the whole order.
Mezzanine kits have their own threshold: free shipping from €4,000 in Spain and Portugal; below that, the pallet rate applies. Outside Spain and Portugal they are sold by quotation only.
The shipping price is always shown before you pay, on the checkout page, once you tell us the delivery country. There are never any added charges afterwards.
Do you deliver to another European Union country? We can. Write to us with the postcode and what you need and we will send you the transport price before you buy.
Delivery times are counted in working days from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, not from the moment you pay, and they refer to items available in stock.

These are the carrier's usual delivery times, not a contractual commitment: an incident at the carrier, a seasonal peak or an address that is hard to reach can make them longer. If we see that your order is going to be delayed, we will let you know by email without you having to ask.
Some items are not kept in permanent stock and are manufactured or restocked to order. In those cases, the product page shows its own estimated lead time next to the availability, and that lead time replaces the table above. Made-to-measure lofts and mezzanine floors are planned case by case: the lead time is confirmed in writing in the quotation.
Shelving and pallet racking systems are bulky, heavy goods, and they travel with a freight carrier, not with a conventional parcel courier.
If you prefer, you can collect your order at our premises — Carrer dels Argenters, 33 · 46290 Alcácer (Valencia), Spain — with no shipping costs. Just let us know when you order: by phone, chat or email tell Sara and the quote will be issued without the shipping line; on the website, if your billing address is in Spain, choose “Collect in store” at checkout.
When your order is ready we will let you know so you can collect it with your own vehicle. Bear in mind the size of the goods: pallet racking frames are up to 3.53 m long and beams up to 2.69 m. Collection takes place in Spain, so Spanish VAT applies to the order.
Check the condition of the packages in front of the driver. If the packaging arrives damaged or a package is missing, write it on the delivery note before signing and tell us within 24 to 48 hours at info@rackspoint.com, attaching some photographs.
With that note we can claim against the carrier and replace the damaged goods at no cost to you. Without it, the claim is far harder to sustain.
The prices you see on the website include the VAT of the delivery country, as required by the European distance selling rules: that is why the same product has a different final price depending on the country you choose.
If you buy as a business based in another European Union country and give us a valid VAT number, the transaction is subject to the reverse charge: we invoice you without VAT and you account for it in your own country. Validation is automatic against the VIES register during checkout.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla fall outside the territory where VAT applies and shipments there involve customs clearance and local taxes (IGIC or IPSI), which are not included in the website price. The same applies to other special EU territories.
If your address is in one of these areas, write to us before buying: we will prepare a quotation with transport and customs formalities included so that you get no surprises.
As soon as the order leaves the warehouse we will send you an email with the tracking number and the carrier's link. You can also check the status of your orders from your account.
If you need to return an order, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw as a private consumer. The conditions, the cost of the return and the refund timescales are set out in detail in our returns policy.
