Discover our upright frames, the robust structure designed to optimize your industrial space. With 353 cm in height and 100 cm in depth, these upright frames offer a solid base for efficiently organizing your merchandise, guaranteeing maximum capacity and accessibility. Their assembly is simple, allowing for quick implementation.
Configuring a solid and fully stable upright frame is an essential step to make the most of the available height in any warehouse, logistics center, or industrial storage facility. With its 352.5 cm height and an exact depth of 100 cm, the storage upright frames in this range provide a firm base for organizing loads in an agile, methodical, and safe manner. Their one-meter depth design facilitates a perfect fit for positioning pallets, containers, and goods with complete convenience, allowing forklifts to maneuver without difficulty in operational aisles. This dimension is a key choice whether you are looking to design custom storage modules or need to replace worn components in large-scale load rows.
The solidity and durability of each storage upright frame are based on the quality of its manufacturing and a resistant paint coating designed to withstand the continuous pace of industrial work. Presented in a striking and professional combination of blue and orange tones, this unit not only adds a clean visual presence to the facilities but also protects the metal surface against everyday scratches, moisture, and abrasions. Its assembly process is simple and fast, significantly speeding up the start-up or renovation of the loading area without causing unnecessary downtime. Furthermore, to enhance protection against potential accidental impacts from machinery, it is highly recommended to incorporate a protection barrier in passageways.
Specifically designed to adapt to the operational needs of workshops, garages, warehouses, and distribution centers, incorporating these storage upright frames allows for expansion of operational capacity in your facilities in a fluid manner. Their functionality as a spare part or as an initial structure for adding new load levels provides you with maximum flexibility to store heavy tools and bulk products completely safely. Maintaining an organized and structured inventory directly impacts your business's daily productivity, ensuring that every material remains located, accessible, and protected against any eventuality.

Pallet racking and forklift operation
In Ireland, pallet racking in a forklift-served warehouse is work equipment under Part 2, Chapter 2 of the General Application Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 299/2007), implementing the EU Work Equipment Directive (now Directive 2009/104/EC). installed and located correctly (Reg. 28); stabilised by clamping or some other means where necessary for safety (Reg. 33), in practice erected as per the manufacturer’s instructions with the uprights anchored to the floor; maintained throughout its working life (Reg. 31); and inspected by a competent person after installation and re-assembly, then periodically and by special inspection after an accident, a modification or any other exceptional event, with records kept for 5 years (Reg. 30). Traffic routes must be dimensioned for the number of users and the type of undertaking, pedestrians given sufficient safety clearance where trucks share them, and areas where objects could fall clearly indicated and access controlled (Reg. 14). Health and Safety Authority guidance asks for the maximum safe load prominently marked on all racks, racking checked regularly for damage and uprights protected from impact; its Code of Practice on the Safe Use of Industrial Trucks adds that features of the operating area such as racking should be clearly marked and protected against accidental damage. EN 15635, the European standard on the use and maintenance of storage equipment, is a technical reference for organising those checks, not a legal obligation.
