Description · Industrial Warehouse Rack 300 kg
This wide grey industrial warehouse rack measuring 180x180x60 cm provides a massive 1200 kg total load capacity for organising heavy stock, bulky boxes, and shop tools. Built with a robust metal construction, it features 4 height-adjustable levels that support up to 300 kg per shelf. Designed for quick setup, its simple boltless assembly requires no complex tools, allowing you to optimise your commercial workspace in minutes. It offers an exceptionally durable storage solution for demanding Irish storerooms, stockrooms, and active workshops.
Built to handle demanding backroom environments across Ireland, this four-tier warehouse rack delivers an impressive 300 kg load capacity on each individual level when weight is evenly spread. Having four dedicated shelf levels gives business owners the flexibility to organise heavy power tools, dense workshop merchandise, or oversized storage crates without cluttering floor space. Rather than stacking heavy goods unsafely, this unit provides rock-solid stability for everyday commercial loading, ensuring your stock remains organized, safe, and easily accessible during busy work shifts.
Sized at 180 cm high, 180 cm wide, and 60 cm deep, these industrial warehouse racks maximize vertical footprint while offering wide continuous shelves. The generous 60 cm depth accommodates large archive files, plastic crates, heavy equipment, and bulky containers with ease. Because all four shelf levels are fully height-adjustable, you can seamlessly adapt the spacing to fit tall items or low-profile stock. Adjusting the shelf heights ensures no vertical space goes to waste, making it effortless to customize the layout around your inventory.
Engineered from heavy-duty metal components, each sturdy warehouse rack comprises upright frames, high-strength horizontal beams, and robust metal shelf panels. The unit features an intelligent boltless clip-in assembly system that allows rapid setup without requiring complex tools or complicated hardware. You simply slot the structural beams into the upright frames and place the metal shelf panels in position. This simple yet rigid construction guarantees exceptional long-term durability and structural balance, creating a stable storage setup that handles heavy hand-loaded inventory safely day after day.
Finished in a clean, professional grey powder coating, this warehouse rack seamlessly blends into modern workshops, commercial stockrooms, and industrial units. The protective grey finish shields the underlying steel from general wear and tear while maintaining a modern appearance. Within the SP Pro Glide 300kg family, alternative sizing options are available in the same sleek grey finish, including 180x120 cm and 180x150 cm four-level configurations. This consistency enables you to mix and match units to create a uniform, orderly layout across your premises.
When maximum horizontal storage capacity is required, choosing this 180 cm wide warehouse rack over narrower 120 cm or 150 cm siblings is the ideal decision for active stockrooms, retail backrooms, and trade workshops. The expanded 180 cm span allows staff to store wide materials, long boxes, and multiple goods side-by-side on a single shelf level, eliminating cramped conditions. It provides superior storage volume per module, helping you make the most efficient use of available wall space and improve operational workflow in busy Irish workplaces.

Applicable regulations in Ireland · Industrial Warehouse Rack 300 kg · 4 Levels · 180x180x60 cm
Domestic use (garage, storage room)
In Ireland, a shelving unit fitted in the garage, attic or utility room of a private home is not governed by workplace safety law: the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the General Application Regulations 2007 bind employers, not householders. What does apply is general product safety. Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR), applicable since 13 December 2024, requires that only safe products be placed on the market (art. 5) and that a distance-selling offer clearly shows the manufacturer's name, postal and electronic address and any safety warnings (art. 19); in Ireland it is enforced by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission under S.I. No. 726/2024, which also requires that this information, and the safety information supplied with the product, be in English (Reg. 5).. The Consumer Rights Act 2022 adds that goods must come with the installation instructions a consumer may reasonably expect (s. 18) and that an incorrect installation due to shortcomings in those instructions is a lack of conformity (s. 19). Our advice: anchor the unit to the wall against tipping and never exceed the stated maximum load per shelf.
Professional use with manual loading
In Ireland, shelving in a workshop, shop or stockroom with employees is work equipment: the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 299/2007) define that as any installation for use at work (Reg. 2) and set the employer’s duties in Part 2, Chapter 2, giving effect to the EU Work Equipment Directive, now codified as Directive 2009/104/EC: installed and located correctly and suitable for the work (Reg. 28); stabilised by clamping or some other means where necessary for safety (Reg. 33), for a tall unit fixed to the wall; kept safe by adequate maintenance throughout its working life (Reg. 31); and erected or dismantled following the manufacturer’s instructions (Reg. 28(o)). Because a bolted unit’s safety depends on how it is installed, Reg. 30 requires an initial inspection after installation and after re-assembly at any new location, plus periodic inspections by a competent person where it is exposed to conditions causing deterioration, with results kept for 5 years. The Health and Safety Authority’s Work at Height / Falling Objects information sheet asks for the maximum safe load prominently marked on all racks, no overloading, and racking checked regularly for damage and not used until repaired or replaced. EN 15635, the European standard on use and maintenance, is a reference, not a legal obligation.
